Interesting display of artifacts with a short summary of the manufacturing process not so easy to apprehend without support. Unfortunately the numerous staff seems too deeply bored only looking forward to the closure for the day.

Amazing ceramics collection raging from the ancient times to modernity. Was pleasantly surprised to see pieces from the far east. All sections have extensive descriptions on techniques used and function of the pieces. Great place to visit for anyone interested in pottery

The combination of the Manufacture Nationale de Sevre (created in 1740) and the Musee National de la Ceramique (founded in 1824) showcases the history of this art. 55000 wonderful exhibits from around the world make up the extraordinary collection.
