Too expensive. Speaks very little english

I went in to refresh my blonde hair with blonde highlights and to fix up my regrowth. I showed them a photo of how I wanted it done (natural blonde). They put dark brown through my hair with a couple of blonde highlights so now my hair is dark brown and nothing like what I asked for.

My message is addressed to the manager and general management of Franck Provost. I presented myself masked to the living room, except the nose. I gave the precise reasons for this. Two syncope with loss of consciousness mask on the nose, in other businesses, which required the intervention of the firefighters and the samu and a visit to the hospital. The doctors noted a significant hypotension and, taking into account serious pathologies, gave me a certificate of exemption from the mask. Out of respect for others, I still put it at the level of the mouth and I move with my certificate. Despite my explanations and this certificate, the manager of this salon, who did not even deign to come and speak to me directly, categorically confirmed her refusal to have my hair done if my nose was not covered, by an employee, without even bothering to read my certificate. Needless to say that I removed my mask from my nose regularly to catch my breath for fear of collapsing, a situation that I do not wish on anyone, very trying (I am 75 years old). I deplore this situation all the more so as I really appreciate the employees of this show, always pleasant (my opinion 7 months ago). I think the manager should learn courtesy and diplomacy. And I still wonder why the doctors of Ambroise Paré gave me this certificate if it is useless to me. That said, I haven't had a problem in any other business.

Descrescendo experience. First visit: cut to perfection. Second visit: refreshment of the very average first cut. Third visit (today, with a photo of one of my previous haircuts): haircut clearly failed, requests not taken into account. There are excuses to justify this failure. Lost customer.
