A MALPOLI manager and NOT AT ALL PROFESSIONAL and ANTI COMMERCIAL! I have been to the institute twice at 6:20 p.m. and the latter is refusing me access because it will close soon even though I called just before to ask if I could come and that I was answered YES come madam I had to quit work earlier and pay an UBER for nothing !!!! an institute which does not want to work and which does not care about bad publicity! the manager told me that if I was not happy it was the same that I shouldn't come and slammed the front door in my face, I will never go back there, I prefer pay more and have a nice beautician. Madame will now be able to close at 6.30 p.m.! what anguish not at all pro TO FUIR !!!!!!!!!!

I went there to do 4 zones. Impossible for me to give 5 stars because the woman who took care of me (new or in training) did not do the job well. Her colleague had to come back behind her and redo everything (I spent an hour and a half there). I appreciated the efficiency, professionalism and speed of the latter which justifies these 4 *. But I regret the waste of time. However, I hope that the 1st was subsequently accompanied in order to adopt the "right gestures". A little technique and confidence, that's all he needed;)
