To avoid ! The first hairdresser who took care of me, although I had specified that I did not want a square and "see clearly" gave me a long square ... Disgruntled I asked her to stop the massacre. His colleague suggested that I resume the cut by asking me to choose between the models ... To finally shorten my cut with the mower! Second massacre, she even admitted that "it looks like nothing" ... "We offer you the cup" she told me. To offer ? I lost nearly 2 hours and now have to wait 6 months of regrowth to hope to make up for it!

Took an appointment at 6 p.m., but passed well after ... I had to have my hair done by the manager who was the only one available, but she did not want to take me directly but rather took care of clearing the boxes ... Incredible for a Jean Louis David salon. First time I've been treated like this. Then she shampooed me and obviously offered me to buy overpriced shampoos, and then left to take care of another client ... Frankly, I would have preferred to be told from the start that 'There was no hairdresser available and I might wait a bit instead of treating myself like this. Fortunately, a hairdresser managed to do my hair well in a short time. Besides, if I came back to this salon it is because I greatly appreciate the work and the kindness of the hairdressers. But because of this manager, I will never come back. Completed. There is a lot of competition in Boulogne.

Very disappointed ! When the hairdresser arrives to cut my hair, he says to me: "ohlala I'm tired today, I don't really want to work ...". Sorry ???? I am paying 38 euros for a simple men's cut (4 euros more expensive than Franck Provost) to hear that. Professionalism = 0. 5 min later the string of my surgical mask breaks when the hairdresser removes it from my ear ... It's not his fault I know but it was a mind-blowing reaction: "ha it's not me, I didn't do anything, it's not my fault !!! ". Which professional would react like that ?? Last point: when leaving I say goodbye to my hairdresser, then to the rest of the team ... No response from the team ... It has finally convinced me ....
