Being a customer for several years, I am disappointed with the reception from the hostess in particular, no smile, she answered me with a haughty air. This person canceled my appointment for a waxing and touch-up. Without even telling me, she offers me a second appointment on the day of the 2nd confinement, necessarily canceled service. Since Tuesday December 1, after calling several times, I finally get an appointment for Friday December 4 at 10:15 am. I arrive at the institute, and there, I am told that the service is canceled, the beautician is late, my service has been canceled twice, I am quite angry and the manager offers to do my hair removal and make an appointment for the touch-up because it is a little longer. I appreciate the gesture. In the meantime the beautician who was to take me arrives and apologizes. Once again I appreciate it happens to everyone. On Monday, December 7, the manager told me that I had to pay € 50 for the touch-up, I told her that I did the annual touch-ups just before confinement (in addition, she was the one who tattooed me) but that the hostess canceled my appointment. She then told me that her pass at 40 € nevertheless she gave me a discount of 10 € in view of the many mishaps. I pay without flinching but I find it a bit excessive for a simple touch-up. So, yes the manager knew how to be reactive, smiling on the other hand the very unpleasant hostess who canceled to prevent it, unjustified price, there I say no! It is for all these reasons that I prefer to see elsewhere, there are a lot of competitors. I regret this charming beautician Lise who took care of me from the start.

I had made an appointment with a beautician 4 weeks in advance, at 10am, so of course when the salon opened. I arrive in front of the living room where I meet some ladies waiting outside. The beautician with whom I have always performed my services takes another client before me (no explanation). I waited 30 minutes for an epilation which I don't even have because I had a professional appointment across town. So I left without waxing and without any call or restraint from the beautician. I am really very disappointed because I finally thought I had found a professional salon but finally I will continue my research.

Very very satisfied with the result. Professional technician and attentive. I have been a client of the eyebrow workshop for several years (rue Marois) and after reflections that did not please me from the manager, I therefore made an appointment at the workshop located in Marcel Sembat and now I won't change anymore.
