"Sir you must go out, we can only accept one person in the store" "Sir, you can't wander the shelves, you know what you want? No? You have to come back on Saturday then" It is by these two sentences that I was greeted and prompted to put an opinion. A polite phrase would have been appreciated as a hello or good evening since I was there at the end of the day. I know the context is difficult but it is important not to forget the basics of commerce and hospitality. I did not write down less because I was nevertheless well received by the young man at the cash desk. I hope my son will enjoy these new books.
