horrible experience with a an extremely bad client service team which is impossible to reach and speak with. they are very incompetent and treat their customers poorly. they never want to speak on the phone but send emails only and take in general more than a week to respond which is very frustrating. on one occasion they responded to me 3 months later on an unrgent issue i had with their bill!!!! it is laughable... otherwise the cars are good and the idea/concept is good... its a shame the execution is so poor. i will never use them again and asked that they delete my account and all personal data they have on me

When registering I am asked several times for photos of my license that I have already sent, annoying. Then I am told that I need a credit card, not prepaid, in my name. My credit card is in my name and it is not a prepaid credit card. I am therefore sending an email to this effect, but they send me strictly the same automatic message. I abandoned the registration along the way.

Please do not reserve your Ubeeqo vehicle !!! I wanted to take their top-of-the-range vehicle but twice, at different stations, they assigned me another vehicle (mid-range) 24 hours later without adjusting the rental price !!! In short, they want to make 33 € of profit without our consent !!! In short, they are not able to adapt to your request ....

Very uncertain services with inefficient and unsuitable customer service, based abroad and therefore never having seen the color of an ubeeqo car. More than three catastrophic rentals in 3 months, no return from the company, no compensation proposal, more than 200 euros lost, simply theft, that's enough to go to Virtuo and pay the difference for a trustworthy service.

Horrible experience. Always a technical problem. An incredible waste of time and money of course. Difficult to reach. Customer service as bad as their vehicle recovery and return system. They are not listening. Do not understand anything. A bunch of thieves ... I strongly advise against it. I canceled my subscription I couldn't take any more of their struggles and their answers right off the mark.
