Budget Location Voiture

I selected to have built in wifi hotspot for my rental car. Now I have the car and I've looked through every menu, and there simply is no option to have the car be a hotspot for your phone like it should have been. I also noticed the expected charges on my bill are much lower that I was originally quoted, I'm assuming that's because no wifi on this model. But I would have preferred you pay more for you to get my order right.

@Eric: We don't care about your gadget which supposedly doesn't work, a car GPS is not a mobile phone, crazy .... In short ....
