I like this europcar shop, because it's very easy to return the car. You can arrive at what time you want, there is a box where you put back the car's key. The Europcar parking is at level -3 and places are marked by europcar panel on the top

Efficient and friendly team

Catastrophic. I rent a car from them. Arrived at the agency, they tell me that my car is not available. They have neither another equivalent car, nor a superior car to offer me. The only solution offered: provide me with a smaller vehicle (where do I put my suitcases?) Or reimburse me for my reservation (how do I go on vacation?). No customer concern, nothing to do to leave customers in a great embarrassment. The lessor dares to reproach me for having reserved the vehicle only a week before, as that could justify the fact that they did not respect their commitments and that the vehicle was not there. After a good 10 minutes of scandal and indicating that I will not leave here without a solution, the rental company deigns to contact another agency to see if they have an equivalent vehicle available. which is the case. Obviously it's up to me to get to the agency in question, located an hour away from the premiere, on my own and at my own expense. Obviously no excuse from the rental company for all the inconvenience that this represents. Neither any commercial gesture or compensation is offered. Simply mind-boggling. Last time I rented from Europcar.

Catastrophic !!!!! the person at the reception was lazy to go around the car with us, the reserved category was not available, the car scratched and door pressed the icing on the cake they charge us 800 Euros for repair costs, none response to our many emails and letters and now they have put us in dispute while from the beginning they are in the error A FUIR !!!!!!!
