Service unreliable. Even though I arrived on time after 25 minutes still nobody takes care of my car.

Bandits. I booked and then canceled my appointment. They never gave me my money back. it is odious. Scam. Go your way

Be careful, these are crooks who will not fail to find the slightest anomaly so as not to validate your technical control and make you repay the cons visit (which with others is of course free). I'm not even talking about the person who is absolutely awful.

I went to this center to do the technical checks because it is the most practical for us. Well this is the last time I walk through the door of this center! I had an appointment that day at 7:30 am (so as not to cut off my day too much). I arrive a few minutes early: the center is closed. Okay, that's okay, I'm early. Impossible to park just nearby. So I go around the block ... I walk back past around 7:33 am. It's still closed. I park in the perpendicular street in order to wait. I take this opportunity to empty the car completely (covid procedure). I close the car and walk to the center. Miracle, it's open! I return to the car to redo the journey. And there we are going to laugh ... I arrive. An unfriendly technician asks me if I have an appointment, I explain that yes and that it was at 7:30 am. Well believe it or not, he tells me that I'm 10 or 15 minutes late (so I didn't check) and that it's not good. I explain to him that it is he who was late, the tone rises ... he half-admits having arrived at 7.33 am .. and continues to argue. To cut it short, I ask him: "well you take my car or not?" and he said to me: "no, it's too late, I can't take it this morning". So I turned on my heels and went home. this person's attitude is shameful and non-commercial. When we take an appointment at 7:30 am, we arrive earlier so that the center is open at 7:30 am, it is the b.a. of knowing how to live. It's over .. I no longer go to this center. And I regret not having read the comments before making the appointment because I am not the only one to say so.

Deplorable welcome: if you have no problem with your car, then maybe ... But if you arrive with a question, a doubt about a defect, or even a problem .... you seem SO annoying the technician who will make no effort to answer you and even less to find a solution, after all, the garage is full of car (as we explain it to you) and that he has something else to do (as he tells you) then a client may well become a simple number .... TO ABSOLUTELY FLEE, full of other centers deserve our attention with staff who seem to be concerned with their profession.
