I recommend this company without any hesitation, considering the quality of the work done. The CEM company took care of the complete renovation of my apartment (bathroom, custom-made dressing room, cupboards, parquet, painting, electricity, ...) Very clean work (with impeccable finishes) was carried out by a team that was really attentive and responsive to my requests throughout the work. Quality communication with the site manager: a lot of availability and listening in the discussions. I received good advice, especially for the choice of materials and the rearrangement of certain rooms in the apartment. I recommend CEM! I totally renovated my 2 rooms of 68m ² in the 8th. I recommend CEM because my old wooden floor is like new again and my uncomfortable bathroom has turned into a huge shower room worthy of a big hotel, not to mention that I have plenty of power outlets everywhere now .. . My friends do not come back from my apartment ;-)

A dream apartment !!! CEM renovated a Haussmann apartment sold by our real estate agency. The buyers wanted to give back the soul and charm of the old to this apartment that had been distorted over the years. I was pleasantly surprised by the proposed project and the quality of the finishing works. Each square meter has been optimized in a functional way which is nothing compared to the price of Parisian real estate.
