Very disappointed with this shop, a real scam! Indeed, the battery of my phone bought from them worked 3 hours. All this for 49.99 euros and they did not even deign to change it because they told me that the battery was not in question. So I went to another shop which confirmed to me that the battery was in question and changed it for 29 euros. Not very commercial and dishonest. Go your way.

I was taken care of, on the current Friday 17th, by two very nice young people, Ruben and Mathias, who provided me with very clear explanations. I regretted that my device was not ready until the next day when I was initially told that it would be repaired the same day. However I admit I was able to enter in possession of my mobile phone in less than 24 hours which testifies to a very fast service. I recovered a tool in perfect working order. Only one incident to report with the arrival of an old man with barbaric behavior who entered the shop without a mask and did not respect the regulatory physical distancing. I would then have liked the firm intervention of a store manager to call this irresponsible man to order. There remains the politeness of Ruben and Mathias as well as the quality of the work carried out by their colleague. I warmly thank all three of them.

I had my laptop screen repaired via my insurance at this property. They have repaired the screen but have completely cut the sound so I can not listen to music or movies. On the other hand the calls still work .. When I asked them to readjust me this defect, they literally send me a ball and asked me to go through insurance etc. It was not there before so you could have done that !! Bad organization, not commercial and obviously not pro !!
