Monceau Fleurs

Monceau fleurs is well know for it's wide variety of flowers and affordable prices.I go there if I want some cut flowers or plants for myself or to present as a a gift .The service if interlora which they offer leaves a lot to desire.My last experience was disappointing,flowers ordered for a birthday outside the region of Paris got delivered 3days later,(in the height of the heat wave). Total withered disaster! The shop in Boulogne insisted it wasn't their fault that the deliverer couldn't find the door bell and didn't fone anyone(myself included). When I asked for a refund, I was told to write to Interfllora HQ. There's certainly a lot of improvement in the communication system and how the customer is treated here. Personally I didn't care less who's fault it was.It certainly wasn't my fault! I heard that in France the customer is not the King "we're a republic"!!

Bouquet ordered Sunday December 20 for delivery on Tuesday 22. Delivered 48 hours late, without the card, and the bouquet was much less provided than in the description. No phone number available on website, I sent a claim for refund. No answer for the moment. What a desappointment!

I only buy potted plants there (outdoor or indoor), they are of decent quality and prices. On the other hand, the bouquets seem made of plastic, they are so "stiff". They have no charm. Many of the cut flowers are very faded, bordering on faded, as in other Monceau boutiques that I know. The "florist" confuses lavender and sage!
