10 € delivery costs for an address located 100m away. Delivery 2h30 late, without photos or messages to prevent. No need to say more. Not recommended

Huge disappointment Do not deliver on time: delivery at 11.40 p.m. not at all professional (we do not deliver people at such a late hour). Is very unpleasant on the phone when we ask for our delivery (no customer relations). He clearly tells me that it is not his bp if the customer does not receive his order at 11 p.m. We pay for a service that does not match the tariff at all. In short a big anything ... TO FLEE !!!

A welcome troubleshooting during confinement, which allowed me to order a nice bouquet of roses for my wife's birthday - thank you ;-)

The store has been closed for several months, but a delivery activity seems to continue as best it can. Payment by phone to the florist (not very secure ...), delivery during the day but at 11:30 p.m. and after several calls to find out where the order was. Not professional.
