Worst customer experience ever. After having done an online order, the person randomly claims to have come twice to my address to deliver. No call intimation to prove that as well. Had to go collect them myself and the lady at the counter was extremely rude when showing the call log of our exchanges. Would not recommend ordering online from here because you will have to go collect it in the end.

I love plants: indoor, outdoor, bouquets. I sometimes spend too much money on my passion! I would like this florist to be up to the task, I am often in the neighborhood and it would be convenient for me to buy my plants here, but no, it is not possible. I entered the store, I look at what is outside, regularly, and my observation is the same. The bouquets are stiff, without grace, the indoor and outdoor plants are of decent quality, nothing more and the prices are very very high, at the level of the very beautiful florists of the beautiful Parisian districts. Fabric flowers are ugly and expensive, too. I want to encourage traders with positive notes, I do, by the way, but it must be deserved. There, we must review the quality or lower the prices, then I will put the appropriate number of stars!

Absolutely outrageous !! I booked a bouquet for my wedding day a week before. So I paid part of the bouquet when ordering. I was told I could pick him up on the wedding day in the morning. With the new restrictions the hours were apparently changed and the store only opened at noon, however I was not notified of this. On D-day, 12:30 p.m., still no one in the store, despite numerous calls and messages left unanswered. Imagine the stress at this time, one hour before the wedding !! Fortunately there are other florists who do their job well, the store "Au nom de la rose" next to the town hall of Issy was able to help me out and make a magnificent bouquet (much cheaper besides) at the last minute. No professional conscience or respect for its commitments! PS: Since this comment the florist, Patrick, reacted pleasantly by sending me a beautiful floral arrangement and he formulated a sincere apology. Thank you! (I add this note to my previous comment because Google does not allow me to add a new one).

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST I was deeply disappointed, dissatisfied and dissatisfied with the service rendered. Indeed, the staff is totally incompetent and unprofessional. The pleasure of offering a simple bouquet has turned into a nightmare and a series of dumplings. My order was placed 5 days before the expected delivery date for a surprise birthday bouquet. 1st BOULETTE The person who was to receive the surprise bouquet for his birthday is contacted on the wrong date. Suddenly, the surprise is completely spoiled but luckily I manage to intercept by calling the store and catching up on the error so that the delivery is made on the date agreed on the order form. It does not matter the error is human, I pass on the event ... 2ND BALL My friend is contacted the day before the scheduled delivery date and is forced to hand because they cannot deliver on the scheduled day because I quote "we lack organization". The order was made 5 days before the scheduled date and you were ready to deliver, by mistake, the day after the order. 3RD BOULETTE I contacted the store, which spent an hour explaining to me how they lacked organization (part-time staff, colleague having difficulties with technology) and offered to offer a bouquet to my friend as compensation. I am compassionate, we all live through difficult times and empty passages at work or other ... 4TH BOULETTE My friend calls for compensation, the staff responds: IT'S HUMAN TO MAKE SURE YOU DON'T HAVE TO MAKE A FACT OF IT! THEN I SAY STOP INCOMPETENCE !!! Indeed the error is human, I grant you it but, it would be good to recognize that the customer PAYES for a service and that one expects a certain quality !!!!! In this case, you are not able to maintain a minimum of professionalism and maintain quality service, so ask yourself the right questions! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS FLORIST
