The bad mood of the manager, from the beginning to the end, greatly ruined my experience. I had in mind a specific request, I had to insist that we want to access it. The advice is welcome, but not that we get really excited because I'm sure of what I want and that I keep my request (and in fact, what I've done works perfectly, as I do I had imagined!). Then, when I came to get my order ("it will be ready Wednesday") on Wednesday around 13h, it was not done. I was a little disappointed, because I could not go back later. I expressed it simply, and was snubbed very unpleasantly, not to say aggressively. The way I've been told is unacceptable. Too bad, because the work is well done, even if the time to cut 3 small boards in medium is 3 days. The boss knows his job, but he spoils things by passing his nerves on the customers.
