Aggressive telephone customer service, which tells us that we are unpleasant because the "solutions" proposed by the advisor also block on the site, that we are in trouble on the reimbursements promised in the contract and that we have to make lots of steps to assert what of right. Health is serious, I'm done with MGEN.

I spent hours at the MGEN in Boulogne during the February holidays to be finally attached to the antenna of the 92 and on their site I am always in the 95 when I left it for 4 years .... It's a real joke !!!!!!! In addition, I read that the consultation of my daughter at an ophthalmologist is reimbursed 6.77 euros ....... No way to ask a question without having to attach a document but I have no document to download in support of my request. I just want to ask a question with a subject, a verb and a complement .....
