For a dog with a very large coat it was a shock to see him completely shaved. Plus, it's the middle of winter, and my dog ​​is shaking all day. I was a loyal customer of your grooming salon, but I will no longer take my dog ​​to your house. Next time, it is best to tell the client that they are going to be totally tense.

I dropped off my 7 month old Jack Russel Terrier at 3 p.m. for grooming. I picked it up at 6:15 p.m., completely mowed. The whiskers (whiskers and other mouth hairs) have been shaved, which is extremely disabling for this species, in addition to being unsightly.
