First and last time at this pharmacy. Coming to look for a product that I already know, the pharmacist tells me that it is not 100% reimbursed. I share my astonishment with the pharmacist, he changes his mind by telling me that the pharmacy is overcharging him to take his commission on the product. "It means that the pharmacy in which you went before does not earn anything on this product". Thanks, so I'll go somewhere else next time!

As the queue lengthens, the staff continues to fuel discussions of the rain and the good weather (without any discretion, moreover) with the people who are at the counter. No commercial sense and respect for people who queue and have imperatives. A pharmacy can be a friendly place, but when there is a queue, the least you can do is try to cut short discussions that have nothing to do with a health condition. You lost a client (and 3 others who were in the queue ...)
