Catastrophic! I came to file a complaint for identity theft (necessary step to request the closure of accounts opened with my identity theft). My pre-complaint online having been rejected by the Boulogne police station because "the reason requires a complaint on the spot", I came one evening at 6 pm after calling the police station who had told me that the complaints were taken from 8 am to 7 p.m. I was sent home telling me that my complaint could not be filed at this time and inviting me to come back the next day at 8 am, my request being able to be processed in 15 minutes. So I came back at 8 a.m., at the opening. When I arrive, I am told that only one person is in front of me and that my waiting time will be limited. After almost 2 hours spent in a room in the cold, with broken windows, I have the impression that I have been forgotten and I try to go to the reception but the door is locked! I manage somehow to get an agent to come and he tells me that the person who takes the complaints is alone and that the 5 agents who laugh together at the reception do not wish to help him because "their salary is insufficient to justify doing this work "... And that they understand my nervousness at the situation, that they themselves would have returned home, but that they invite me to complain to the authorities because" the police are in pain". In short, I waited 4:30 for a 15-minute complaint filing, in grim premises and with a more than limited welcome. The image of the police is clearly damaged by this type of behavior! Pity
