Good morning all, A great regular at finsbury ... I am extremely disappointed with the brand and especially the welcome ... I have at least 5/6 pairs of shoes ... I go to this shop because after a year and half a pair has a fault in the seam ... I am welcomed by a young woman who is annoyed following the fault and the store manager who just tells me (by not even taking the shoe, looking at it for a second by far not even ..): "oh no it's torn and not disjointed so no after-sales service we can do nothing" in a very dry tone ... it's a shame to buy a pair at 240 euros so that 'a year and a half later, they are unusable ... this gentleman is not a very good salesman ... treating a loyal customer in this way without offering a solution (a tip or a commercial gesture ...). My last purchase from Finsbury ... thank you sir!
