I do not know how to put a ZERO to the behavior of the saleswomen of this store! In a period where the slightest expense is considered (having regard to the loss of income generated by confinement) I find myself having to make a choice between two pairs in order to offer one to my granddaughter. The price can be a trigger ... so I choose the shoe whose amount is flanked by a red dot. My granddaughter is convinced of our choice. I arrive at the checkout and I am told that there is absolutely no discount! Certainly "there is a red dot but it is in anticipation of future discounts" !!! If the work was in progress, it was necessary to start by displaying the table of discounts even if the price of no pair has yet been discounted rather than starting with the red dots indicating the discount to influence the customer! This can be likened to false advertising! ... I am disgusted and I will take care to avoid your sign now!

Bad experience every time. It's a shame but I prefer to go to the competition. I went there several times to shop there but each time the sellers are not very available and not very good traders. Last purchase in the shoe store, then there, the saleswoman was quickly overwhelmed, she was taking care of another customer and not a hello, not a look .. I stayed planted there with baby in the arms while it is available. I end up asking her for a size that she brings me but the shoes having a defect, we decide to order them. I pay all and wait for someone to contact me to collect them. Except that after 3 weeks still nothing, I am told to go to the store for a refund. Finally after 3 weeks, the baby's foot has grown, I take the size above. The manager hands me the pair of shoes and says "it's good, good day" no bag, not even the box to store them, just the shoes to take in hand with the ticket .. what a shame !!! After all these vicissitudes, I find that it is downright a bad treatment of the customers. I would never set foot there again!

No particular opinion on clothing which conforms to what DPAM has been offering for many years. On the other hand, if the hydroalcoholic gel is at the entrance and the sellers impose to use it, the shop does not respect any measure of physical distancing. Customer flows are not regulated. The urge and the need to sell seem more important.
