Hello Following the litigation which concerns us, since you do not answer my emails and my registered mail, I ask you here to provide me with the maintenance invoices for the haldex of the Audi tt that I bought for you. You made a sale announcement on the leboncoin site by describing the vehicle as follows: aldex serviced- up to date maintenance- excellent condition.
I have informed you that the vehicle, contrary to the announcement and the blank ct that you provided, had been ironed on a voluntary ct on the advice of audi, and that it emerges with 6 failures including 3 major, and close to 14,000 euros of estimate following the assessment made by audi.
I ask you to answer me, and to assume your responsibility, since you have a duty of advice and information.
I am open to the cancellation of the sale, since the vehicle does not correspond to the description of your advertisement and to the blank cost established for the sale.
