Well-established logistics. The intervenor for the troubleshooting was efficient, professional and very friendly. The secretary with reassuring language when panic seizes you does a remarkable job.
Surreal!
We break down on the 2X2 near this "garage". When the convenience store arrives, it is not wearing a mask. He drops us off in a souk that only has a garage in name. The place is particularly dirty, there are no cars being repaired but a whole lot of junk (more than strange environment ...). The reception is deplorable (not a hello, a smile).
If it is bad enough to break down, meeting these "professionals" is just as bad.
They show no professionalism and force-feed themselves on the backs of policyholders who have no choice but to endure. Their business is clearly based on “wilderness” troubleshooting. As soon as they were dropped off, the tow truck left. No humanity although we have 3 very young children with us. I will not fail to report them to my insurance.
Troubleshooting supported by my insurance. ADB exists just to gobble up on the back of insurance, pick up the cash and for the rest of the zero point .. Friendliness zero relational zero service zero .. To flee ..
Great convenience store, but drop off at the depot and the next day more than 120 € to pay not covered by the insurance to go to the garage!
We broke down near Rennes. Quick and friendly troubleshooting, however, against real thieves, not to mention the terrible reception. No haughty good morning and who is on the phone on a personal subject for 10 min while we wait ... The last straw: broken down Friday evening 9 p.m. removal of the car 10 am Monday morning and we are billed for a day of guarding knowing that they are closed on saturday and sunday ... Lamentable ... Even if it was only 3 days free of charge not accommodating at all ... Mistrust
