I was trained at ISR several years ago. This school delivers high quality education that I highly recommend. I regularly attend additional training courses which are very interesting, innovative, responding to needs and I am already registered for 2021. I particularly appreciate the way in which the ISR follows installed sophrologists. It is therefore with great pleasure that I return regularly to the ISR.

If the training is of very good quality, you are sold a professional future full of success and if you express that you do not make a living from your activity, you are made to understand that you are not sufficiently invested professionally or that you are take it wrong. FEPS conducts surveys on your income and your activity and is fully aware of the reality of the situation. Only those who have been installed for a long time or who have a double activity (sophrology trainer, employee of a health establishment) get out. Post-training support to launch your business will boost your motivation but are more marketing actions than support. You can prospect in all directions, the activity is not there. Too many trained sophrologists and other professionals (yoga, hypnosis ...) already installed. The best is to contact the professionals working in the region, you will see that all without exception have financial difficulties, and a good part have given up. We are a long way from the professional success story heard over the months which allows us to justify the training of hundreds of new sophrologists per year over and over again ... Who benefits from this training? Even if the more we talk about sophrology, the more it will be known and practiced, in the meantime, living from the activity is impossible even with quality training as offered at ISR.

A high school teacher, I am currently finishing my second year. ISR is a very good school. She not only teaches sophrology but also trains the profession of sophrologist. I highly recommend her.
