It is a care for the body and the soul. It restores harmony and allows reconnection to oneself. After, it's like being lighter and at the same time more relaxed and anchored in your body. The place as well as Veronique helps to "settle down", refocus and let go. This allowed me a real letting go but also awaken a little more on the basics.
