Not serious We contacted him by email and did not get an answer; we manage to reach him by phone and make an appointment despite several days of waiting. The situation is urgent, for two months we are looking for a plumber, with two children no sink in the bathroom (we have enough to wash our hands in the shower), a precarious installation in the kitchen and the entrance of the house (which is doomed) that we can not do again until a plumber has passed. In short, I put my day of work so that dad does not find himself alone with baby 3 months during the plumber's intervention, dad is teleworking and shifts his meetings to receive him. After an hour late, we call him to know when he will arrive and we have the right to a simple "oops, I can not, I have an emergency, I'll call you later". We are still waiting for his call, he has not called us to cancel the appointment. It's totally disrespectful, I do not recommend it. We are all overbooked, me first, but some are just more polite than others ...
