0/20 advice, 10/20 sav and 0/20 customer follow-up. Let me explain : I bought an ulterra i-pilot link motor in June, I used it 4 times before going on vacation, 1st problem my sounder (859 CXI HD DI) was supposedly compatible according to the technical service (less some functions), after the update, when I connected the engine to my sounder and well I had only one function created a "waypoint" and it is all no possibility of piloting the engine, j 'had specified when purchasing that I wanted to follow the iso line of my sounder with the engine, the dealer was informed to know the compatibility but here is the null result no function on the sounder, I therefore inquired for changed sounder, I wanted a Helix 7 and since the beginning of August my reseller has contacted navicom and we still do not know if it is fully compatible .... The 0/20 advice. I went on vacation I September 5 for three weeks in the south of France with my boat where I was planning to have a good time on the water. After 10 days the remote control starts up but displays an error message (these are things that happen I want to understand it) I contact my reseller who contacts the sav and the remote control must be returned to Quimper to reprogram it, I explain to my dealer that I am on vacation and that I need to use my engine that I will not stay 1 week without being able to use it, that a solution must be found to lend me one. I cannot use the navicom app because it does not have the deploy engine function. After a few discussions I suggest sending the remote control via Chronopost to navicom directly, the sav is ok to reprogram it during the day and send it back in the afternoon. I send the remote control Wednesday September 16 in Chronopost with delivery before 10am (it costs me 35 euros), it is delivered on Thursday 17 at 10:30 am. My dealer tries to reach the sav to know if it is okay and if everything goes as planned but no answer (mail, phone) in the afternoon I am told that the Remote control is distributed from Quimper, I ask for a tracking number and since no news, nothing received, we cannot give it a tracking number, the only thing we can tell me is that the remote control will arrive very soon ..... We are the 20 and still nothing The sav did half the job 10/20 and the follow-up 0/20 I bought an engine for more than 4000 euros, I'm not asking for the moon, just a little respect and understanding for your customers. cordially

I bought an onix8 for 5/6 years it did not work 6 months without having problems today with a black screen I brought this device in repair back with the same problem I brought this device in workshop 7 / 8 times I think we will have to find a solution
