Very very unpleasant welcome lady, hospitality being the basis of any for-profit establishment. Between a convalescence center and a retirement home but much more expensive. Free washing machines but at the other end of the building (difficult to go there if you have a disability!). Also, my father's scar became infected while he was there, but he still had to have another operation after that.
