Just very professional
Catastrophic after-sales service, interminable delays: 3 weeks to come and see the water damage on the bathroom that they refurbished 4 years ago (site invoiced in full by Piriou), more than 2 months just to call and request an appointment to make the quote requested by the expert, quote still not returned 4 months later.
Everything is good for saving time and avoiding a responsibility pointed out by expertise for non-compliance.
I have been paying the house loan for 7 months without being able to hand over a tenant.
Last entourage: arrive at the contradictory expert opinion in January (the damage dates from June 2019) by announcing that they had subcontracted the plumbing. The plumber not being there, (through their fault), the expertise is postponed until March.

Very professional
Availability, professionalism and respect of deadlines. The speakers are all high-level professionals who respect customer choices, are punctual and very friendly. The team of painters who intervened in my house after a very large renovation is really on top! (Yohan and Fabrice in particular).
