Bought a Polimmo-aménagement land.
One year between the sales agreement and the signature with the notary.
Result: delayed construction, COVID construction stop + builder (other than Polimmo) which plays on the COVID deadline of 3 additional months ... In the end, two and a half years between the compromise and the delivery of the house ...,

Buy a property of a certain value, thinking to buy a good peaceful unfortunately it is a nightmare in every way, lack of finishes. Really do not recommend. Do not buy, you will be disappointed. I advise you to go see another promoter more competent than them. Do not follow the works trust the company with which hires Portuguese. ect
