I signed an estimate at eu in June, in order to resolve a sealing problem before the fall. I was promised an intervention within 15 days. At the beginning of September, still no news so I call them to have some. No news. A week later, I called back, saying that it was urgent that I be informed of the progress of the processing of my file. No news. So I had to travel to get my deposit check and the quote.
