We were greeted by a very competent person who took the time to explain his product. 2nd message, satisfied with the reception but on the other hand we are still to know since March 2 date of our visit awaiting our estimate that we should have received in principle a few days later. But it is March 16 and nothing.
Sav nonexistent. We have pastry joinery with which we are very happy. Last March we were robbed, 1 door to change and a window. I have relaunched 4 times the Quimper agency, telephone, mail ... no one has moved no one has called me back ... I had the work carried out by another company ..
Pros of woodwork, quality, advice and friendliness
Very friendly welcome
To flee, we had made the choice of pasquet for our joinery a year and a half ago now we only have concerns, at first the shutters were delivered with different colors some were white and others gray ... then concerns about opening and closing windows and sliding doors, we had to call in after-sales service on numerous occasions ... Today it’s our roller shutters that let go ... 2 shutters since the month August, the after-sales service person intervened today to resolve the various problems but to do this we still had to rent a scaffolding because they do not have the equipment necessary to carry out their repairs, apparently it is not to had to do this type of repair, even if there is a warranty !!! So who should do it ??? Between the problems of ordering, factory manufacturing, loose engine, defective end stops that no longer allow the shutters to go down, window adjustments ... we are very worried about the quality and longevity of the pasquet products !!! After-sales service had to intervene on far too many occasions !!! It is unacceptable for a new product at this price !!!! unfortunately we are not the only ones in this case ... Above all, don't make the same mistake as us: choose another brand.
