A great team at Caseo Louhans. For the moment we have just validated the quotes, my opinion therefore concerns only the reception and handling of our requests. Whether it's the kitchen with Florence or the joinery with Melissandre, the opinion is the same. Perfect follow-up from the first contacts. Advice, opinions and more than satisfactory responsiveness. Advisors really invested in the realization of our projects. Always available even with undecided customers :-) I changed my mind several times and each time I had a response within 4 days. Ditto for the store manager, who came in person to take the measurements. Really a great discovery. I will be sure to comment again when my kitchen and joinery is finished.
