Horrible and up to the reputation of the French administration. You can be as courteous as possible, impossible for them not to have a condescending approach and especially rude.

the wait is a bit long but the person (a man) has been very knowledgeable, patient, and very kind. He explained to me very clearly a few points about the reversion file that I was filling out and which was causing me problems.
