As part of an annual maintenance contract for my water softener, it is always very difficult to get an appointment. Last year I had to call 4 times to finally get an appointment; we tell you we will call you back, but no one deigns to call you back. This year, at the first call in May, I get an appointment scheduled for July but finally they call me on Friday, concerning the appointment scheduled for Monday, to just tell me that the technician will not come ... ...... and of course without offering me a new date. Again, I am told that I will be called back during the day but, again, no one calls back ......... Obviously customer satisfaction is not at the heart of this company's concerns. So here I am back to where I started without knowing when my water softener is going to be overhauled ..... will I still have to beg ECOAIR to make an appointment for me and pray that it will be honored?
Sad observation ........ and afterwards we are surprised that some businesses are going downhill ...
