Very disappointed, more than 30 minutes late in confinement time it is an abuse to ask people to be on time to avoid too many people and ultimately to be late! it did not correspond at all to my request, I asked for an ash color to remove a golden copper reflection knowing that I had a 3 week roots (with white hair) so yes I no longer have a golden copper reflection but color much darker and roots not at all done, I went home with but white hair, in addition to that cuts very straight tips without flicking suddenly on thick hair it makes a head of playmobile, more 1 week after the color is almost gone, I was not offered a treatment but it was imposed on me! Super expensive for poor quality!
