Worst bank in France .... super rude .... and has 0 understanding of how customer service works!! Truly shocked on how they operate!! Especially this branch!! The idea that my money is in the hands of people with 0 respect towards customers is scary!! So happy I changed banks .... it’s truly refreshing to be with a competent bank!!! It was hell for few years with this branch!!

I would like to share my experience and that of my spouse at BRED Rigollots Vincennes and particularly congratulate Mr. Kassou and Mr. Gibus. Finally, a human bank with individualized support. Finally, advisers who are close to our concerns and our projects ... Finally a bank which replaces advisers at their true value! We thank them very much for their diligence and their reactivity, and especially in this period of confinement: the stress concerning our financial visibility in such anxiety-provoking circumstances was immediately taken care of by clear answers and tailor-made support. Bravo for this great teamwork! You were on the '' the bridge '' Mr. Gibus to relay our perfect commercial relationship already established for over a year with Mr. Kassou: we are very grateful to you both! I have the same support from Mr. Kassou on the Home Insurance and Auto Insurance side. At a competitive price, I have more guarantees, and I speak to something other than a voice mailbox. Mr. Gibus is also a professional side support for my spouse! I realize that I take the trouble to write all this because having a bad bank can put you in the wall ... so ... Thank you!

Customer in this bank for 15 years, I asked the closure of my current account more than a month and a half ago. Only a portion of the money has been transferred to my new account and this transfer has also resulted in a charge (billing an account is illegal). At the moment, the account is still open with money on it. However, I do not have access to my online space anymore, so I can not even check the amounts collected by the bank. After going around the banks for advice on investments, I had an appointment with Mr Kassou at Bred Vincennes rigollots. I recommend it without hesitation because it is really competent. He took the time to understand my expectations and he managed to explain to me all his proposals in line with my situation. Petit + on his expertise on law and taxation.
