A "counselor" called me following my request for a commercial gesture on bank card fees. This commercial gesture had been validated in principle by my former adviser. Contemptuous introduction by this "adviser": "I read your long email". And categorical refusal of any gesture, without even proposing to review together before taking a decision. So I'm going to look for another bank, which respects its customers.

After +10 years with this agency ... The staff, especially the welcome, are unfriendly, unprofessional, haughty and incompetent. I feel: wasting time every time I spend there. They do everything to make you want to change agencies.
