A little disappointed during my last visit. I asked for a treatment because I know that we are entitled to a scalp massage and that it lasts a little longer in the shampoo chair but there I only had one shampoo (instead of 2 usually ) and the treatment was applied in 2min (5min break) and hop rinsing! Also, I had brought a photo of the cut I wanted but the hairdresser barely looked at it and I came out with a whole different cut having repeatedly asked to cut shorter (she cut 2cm by 2cm 🙄 ). In short, the services really depend on the hairdresser, too bad because we would like it to be the same with all ...
