I have been attending this show for a long time and have never been disappointed !! Even less today, a very successful color, professionalism and great kindness and always hihi discussion. I love it I love it I love it !!

Disappointed with this service. Care and cut for which I have been given an estimate on my arrival. The price of the treatment is double when paying because supposedly my length was a little longer (between the estimate made at the reception at 9am and the treatment given 10 minutes after "my length" has not changed and they m 'barely reach the shoulders). Regarding the cut, I asked for a straight cut simply to resume the tips ... despite having asked the hairdresser several times to resume the cut which was not straight .. impossible to achieve a dignified cut of that name. I come out with a very salty note after 3:15 am disappointed (the hairdresser could not tell me how much time she estimated she needed to complete this service which had an impact on the cost of the parking meter that I had to pay in addition seeing the scroll time). I do not recommend this salon.

A lot of professionalism and kindness in this salon that I have been attending for years. Thank you in particular to Pauline, who is always very attentive.

I came in July for a haircut and "balayage" second time I have been to this salon. I had requested a hairstyle refresh, so something quite simple and a balayage fade effect (I don't know the exact technical term). For the cut, very surprised to see that 4 scissors weigh as much financially on the bill, with a very heavy effect not flattering compared to my build. But most disappointing is the balayage, looking more like '90s locks with Dalmatian-style blemishes. I said jokingly "don't make me blonde locks" which I ended up having .. Could it be time that was lacking? I was in fact only available from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. but having warned the person I thought my wish was possible. Even if my first visit in 2019 went well, the disappointment of this one means that I will no longer be able to entrust my hair to them. I really feel like I wasted my money because I had to redo the whole thing.
