Very disappointed, not at all a colorist. After confirmation by a true colorist, NMC hairstyle does not know how to use the techniques, products and equipment adapted to go from black hair to blonde. Yet NMC hairstyle had told me the opposite with great assurance and kindness when proposing a quote. In very bad faith when the result is not at the appointment by explaining to me that it will take another appointment to clear up without really being sure of having the desired blonde. From black I go to mahogany with black wicks, red highlights and lighter roots than the wicks. Also disrespectful which is a great lack of professionalism. It's really a shame ... Quality essential especially when the client shows great tolerance and decorum ...
