Even the brand elsewhere !! 4 times I send an email, with the supporting documents, to terminate my Auto contract because my car is sold, 10 days to respond and tell me to return the documents while at the same time a little before, I receive the termination confirmation ! And in addition, the pom-pom !!!! They charge me the full amount 10 days later !!!!!!!!! So file not processed !!! Forced to resend an email! Again !! And to wait 2 weeks for an answer !!! And I am not talking about the bonus which does not evolve and who dares to say "yes we have a technical problem, it will be corrected on your next due date" Mouè an incident of course !! Thieves ! Not serious business at all !!! A tip Run away !! And pr those who are there, check your bonus every January !! And check the previous years too .....
