To sum up, a deplorable service, let me explain: Incompetent "saleswomen" who have, it seems to me, a duty of advice which they do not apply. I was sold a wedding ring that was too small, which distorted after 5 months, when I came to have an explanation (I would like to point out that I did not do any handling with the ring and that my profession is not not physical) I was told that I was tightening my steering wheel too much. So I was asked 25 € to restore it to its original shape. 4 weeks later I receive my ring, then a week later (having in mind the remark of the saleswoman who tells me that I tighten my wheel too much) my ring begins to deform ... I was asked to come twice in the same day to tell me that we can send the ring back for 25 € or have it thickened at an artisan jeweler for an exorbitant sum (more than the price of the ring) and that the ring would then be entrusted to another person to redo the engraving. To conclude, flee, after-sales service, useless guarantee, saleswoman who explains to me that the price justifies the quality, if you want to make a poisoned gift to a person you do not like you have found the right address.
