The staff are very unfriendly. Appointment made post deconfinement for a half leg waxing at 12:50. Indeed I wait outside because arrival 5 min in advance and being a regular customer I often wait 10 min and with the sanitary instructions waiting inside tells me nothing. And no hello, she told me that I am late and that at 2 minutes ready she canceled. She goes to a treatment room, without a word, leaves me alone, I understand that I have to undress. She always comes home without a word. I specify I wore a mask. She explains nothing. She puts hot wax on me still without a word and begins waxing without a word. Fortunately I am nice and did not get angry. In 10 min it's over. She ended up telling me that the next client was already there. It is not the first time that I have found these center staff very unfriendly. Only once did I find a nice person in nogent sur marne. The Effectively it exceeds the limits of the acceptable.
