I went to this salon for coloring and a patina, when I left I was happy with the result despite the 137 euros service! Chanel sold me a shampoo at 27 euros with hazelnut reflection to maintain my blonde locks. It seemed strange to me but I trusted her! I just shampooed without letting it sit as she advised me! As a result, my locks have turned yellow orange !!! Super tip 27euros plus shampoo! I am disgusted I will not return to this lounge. I believe that at 137 euros the benefit we have no right to shameful mistakes! 🤬🤬
