For the anecdote, during our second visit, we went directly to the shelf to find the packet of kibble. Once at the checkout, the advisor immediately noticed that we had made a mistake and went to get the right kibble. I don't see a better illustration of the quality of the monitoring of this brand!

I came the first time because I bought an industrial kibble product in the supermarket and my cats kept vomiting. I went there in "emergency" with the intention of now offering them quality kibble.
