I put 2 stars only for the efficiency, professionalism and kindness of Mrs. GELIN (you should promote her and demote some advisers). The rest is a disaster. Advisors who take between a week and 10 days to respond to emails (when there is a response). Months and months to have direct debit refunds. My card has been hacked 4 times in a year and a half, while I do not make any internet purchases, and when I ask for a way to secure my card, there is none and basta they send me. On the other hand, when I cancel my card to give you more problems, I have 2 calls in the same week to offer me offers. I have come to wonder if there isn't a bad apple in the agency. So much card hacking for no reason, it's really weird. Organization, communication and professionalism to review in this agency.
