Clients of Maisons d'en Lorraine South France, we took for more than 8K € of goods at Aubade Bar le Duc. Everything had started so well with C-L who set up a great project. We trusted him. The day of our reception on 31/07, several calls were made to them, furniture with defect, damaged basin, not the good reference of a dry towel, misses a mixer, misses a plate with bubble for WC, and finally the lack faience! At the time, we are told not to worry, we are recommended a dry towel that will be delivered soon, we warn the supplier for the defects of the furniture and the basin, and we are delivered as soon as possible all the elements missing. We are almost 3 months later, we have not received anything. Despite our many reminders, nothing happens. It is believed to do well by providing a recognized brand, and local (in the Meuse), it is useless! Suddenly, no bathroom finished, and we are told yet again, anything. Aubade is hiding behind MDF but it's up to you to deliver the ordered supplies and replace the defective supplies. No respect for the customer, for us NEVER!
