The manager is not friendly at all to his employees, we can feel the employees' unease, he talks to them like a dog !!! Not very pro for the customer! Apart from that close parallelism and tires ok
Quite simply a wrong size tire crook mounted on the car they barely made 5000kms the boss nor any responsibility
Following a poorly repaired breakdown that immobilized our vehicle for several months, we called on an expert firm, the garage mandating its own. We came to an agreement that the garage reimbursed us for part of the costs. This agreement took place in January 2020, we are in June and the reimbursement has still not taken place despite reminders from our consulting firm. We are now planning to appeal to the Commercial Court. The supporting documents for this problem are available to anyone wishing more details.
Quick repairs with a good reception.
